Affiliate terms.

Version 4, in force from 3 October 2026

1. Who we are

Scale at Speed is run by Do Your Bit Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08130003. Its registered office is Suite 2a, 7th Floor - Pf City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London, England, E14 9NN, and its VAT number is GB 234 5413 28. You can reach us at [email protected].

“We” and “us” means Do Your Bit Limited. “You” means the affiliate: the person or business that recommends the Scale at Speed course under these terms. These terms apply to every commission we pay you.

2. What you earn

You earn a share of the price the buyer actually paid, after any discount and excluding VAT or any other tax charged to the buyer: 20 per cent of the Solo price, and 10 per cent of the Cohort or Inner Circle price. For example, if the buyer pays £100 plus VAT for Solo, you earn £20; if the buyer pays £1,099 plus VAT for the Cohort, you earn £109.90; if the buyer pays £2,999 plus VAT for the Inner Circle, you earn £299.90. Payment-processing fees do not reduce it.

Your commission includes any VAT or similar tax that you have to charge us, so we add nothing on top of it. Our course platform records each commission; if its figure differs from what this section gives, this section applies and we correct the figure.

3. Which sales count

Solo, Cohort and Inner Circle sales that our course platform credits to your affiliate link. Its records decide which affiliate a sale belongs to; we correct plain errors.

No commission is due on a purchase that you make yourself, that your business makes, or that someone makes for you or at your request.

4. When we pay

A commission becomes due 30 days after the sale. On the fifth working day of each month we pay every commission that is due by then, by bank transfer, in the currency of the sale, and mark it paid in our course platform.

If you are based in the UK, you do not need to send us an invoice. If you are based outside the UK, send us a simple invoice for each payment, with your name, your address, the amount and the month.

5. Refunds, disputes and corrections

We pay no commission on a sale that is refunded, in full or in part, or cancelled. If the buyer disputes the payment with their bank, we may hold the commission until the dispute is settled. If we refund a sale after we have paid you for it, we may take that commission off your next payment or ask you to pay it back. We correct calculation errors either way.

6. Your details and your tax

Before your first payment, give us your legal name, the country where you or your business are based, and your payment details, and tell us when they change. Our privacy policy explains how we use them.

You are responsible for your own tax, and for any document the law requires you to issue.

7. How you recommend the course

Say clearly that you earn a commission when you recommend the course, and describe the course accurately. When you quote a price in pounds, show it as our pages do: the price followed by “+ VAT”, for example “£1,099 + VAT”. Quote a US dollar price on its own, for example “$1,499”.

No commission is due on a sale that comes from a recommendation that breaks this section.
